Plain-language summary.
We promise three things. A shortlist of qualified vendors within 24 to 48 business hours of an in-segment brief. A confirmed placement within four weeks of brief acceptance. A full refund of any platform fee paid if we miss either commitment, with the refund logged publicly on this page.
1. Shortlist commitment
For any brief accepted as in-segment (per Section 1 of the published Ideal Customer Profile), XpertDirect will deliver a shortlist of no fewer than three vetted vendors within 48 business hours. Business hours are defined as 09:00 to 18:00 Central European Time, Monday to Friday, excluding German federal public holidays.
2. Fill commitment
For any role where the buyer accepts a vendor from the shortlist and proceeds to contract, XpertDirect will deliver a started placement within four calendar weeks of brief acceptance. The fill commitment applies to individual technical roles between Series A and Series C funding stages, in Berlin, Amsterdam, London, or remote-EU configurations.
3. Refund mechanism
If either commitment is missed, the buyer is entitled to a full refund of any platform fee paid, processed within five business days of the missed deadline. The refund is automatic and does not require the buyer to submit a claim. Every refund is logged on this page within ten business days, including the brief reference, the missed commitment, and the refund amount in EUR.
4. Exclusions
The fill commitment does not apply where the buyer withdraws the brief, changes the requirements materially after acceptance, fails to respond to shortlist outreach within three business days, or declines all shortlisted vendors without proceeding to a second-round shortlist. The shortlist commitment does not apply where the brief is classified out-of-segment under our published ICP.
5. Refund log
The table below records every refund issued under this SLA. The log is populated as refunds occur and is published in full. No refunds have been issued in the first quarter of operations; the table is reserved for future entries.
