AUDITED METRICS

We publish what most platforms hide.

Four operational numbers, refreshed on a published cadence, each carrying a methodology PDF and an audit log. The Activation Metrics page is the proof of the proof.

  • 3.2s

Median time-to-match. From the moment a qualified brief lands in the matching engine to the moment the first ranked specialist is surfaced. Rolling 7-day average across all qualified briefs.

Refreshed continuously — last updated 8 June 2026Methodology
  • 3.6h

Median time to first interest-validated specialist. From qualified brief to the first specialist who has confirmed interest, availability, and rate. Median across the last 90 days of qualified briefs.

Refreshed weekly — last updated 8 June 2026Methodology
  • 16h

Median time to first five interest-validated specialists. Each has confirmed interest in your brief, availability against your deadline, and rate within your band. The 48-hour SLA is contractual — miss it and the success fee is waived in full.

    Refreshed weekly — last updated 8 June 2026. SLA: 48 hours guaranteed.Methodology
  • 22.5h

Fastest time-to-engagement in the last 30 days. From qualified brief to signed engagement (not to started placement, which is governed by the four-week fill SLA). We publish fastest rather than average because client execution sits outside our control; fastest isolates what the matching layer delivers when buyers act.

Refreshed weekly — last updated 8 June 2026Methodology
  • 18%

Specialist activation, last 90 days. The percentage of vetted specialists in the pool who responded positively to at least one brief they were matched to. The audit log records every match offered and every response, including silences.

Refreshed monthly — last updated 1 June 2026Methodology
  • 71%

Fill rate, brief to placement. The percentage of qualified briefs that resulted in a signed engagement within 30 days. Cancelled briefs and briefs withdrawn by the buyer are recorded separately and excluded from the denominator with reasons disclosed.

Refreshed quarterly — last updated 1 April 2026Methodology
  • 42%

Repeat-hire rate within 90 days. The percentage of buyers who submitted a second brief within 90 days of a first signed engagement. The numerator is unique buyer accounts, not unique briefs.

Refreshed quarterly — last updated 1 April 2026Methodology

AUDIT GOVERNANCE

How these numbers are produced.

Each metric has one accountable owner. In a deliberately small team, these roles are held by the founder and the operating partners — not a reporting department.

Each metric has a single named owner accountable for production, sign-off, and correction. Source data is exported from the operational system on a published cadence, reconciled against the audit log, and published with a methodology PDF. Corrections are made on the same page they were first published, with a dated changelog. Nothing is back-edited.
