XpertDirect is the direct hiring platform for European technical specialists. The CTO sees your work first. You see the brief first. No screening filter. No recruiter margin taken out of your fee.
What this is, in plain terms.
Direct buyer relationship. The CTO or Head of Engineering interviews you on the first call. No recruiter screens you. No filter between your work and the buyer.
Interest-confirmed before shortlist. We contact you about a role before adding you to a shortlist. You decide whether to be put forward. You are never surprised by an interview request.
Transparent fee economics. We invoice the company a 5% success fee on the placed hire. Your fee is between you and the buyer. We take nothing from it. No margin layered into your day rate or salary.
Named priority queue. Specialists with a strong placement history are surfaced earlier on relevant briefs. The priority queue is built on operational performance, not on subscription tier.

Senior technical specialists across European technology — platform engineering, backend, frontend, data engineering, ML systems, site reliability, security engineering, infrastructure, AI/ML research.
Based in Berlin, Amsterdam, London or remote within Europe. Wave-2 cities (Stockholm, Paris, Madrid) scoping for Q3 2026.
Available for direct-hire (permanent) and contract engagements. Both engagement types are routed through the same platform.

Receive role invitations.
When a brief matches your profile, we contact you with the role details. You confirm interest or decline cleanly.

Interview directly with the buyer.
We do not screen you. We do not coach the buyer. The conversation is yours.

Close the offer.
The buyer extends the offer. You negotiate directly. We invoice the company once you start.
Status at launch.
The full specialist application flow ships in Q2 2026. At launch, specialist registration is by direct email contact. Email specialists@xpertdirect.io with your stack, location, availability and a link to your recent work (GitHub, portfolio or LinkedIn). The founder reviews every specialist application personally during the launch period.

Your data, in plain terms.
Your profile data is stored on EU infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest, under GDPR-strict defaults.
We do not share your profile with any buyer without your explicit confirmation of interest in their brief.
